(1) Upon delivery, if recipient notices any exterior damage or defects, they must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery.
(2) In the event of concealed damage (damage not reported at the time of delivery), the recipient is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Recipient is responsible for keeping all boxes and packing materials until claim is resolved.

(5) Recipient is to keep all boxes and packing material until the product is assembled. In case of return or exchange, failure to return product in similar condition as received could result in limited or denied reimbursement.
(6) If recipient refuses or returns a non-defective or undamaged item, Purchaser will be responsible for all actual return shipping costs. Return shipping fees range anywhere from $50 to $695, depending on the size and weight of the item. All returned items will also incur a restocking fee of 25% of the item’s price. Return shipping fees should be paid directly to the freight carrier in advance. If not paid in advance, your return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund after the item is received at our warehouse.
(7) Purchaser is also liable for any accessorial charges (Stair Carry, Inside Delivery, Re-delivery Fee for Missed Appointments, etc.).
